Since 2008, Lyana Rasip has worked at Accenture Management Consulting, where she currently serves a manager of talent and organization consulting. Lyana Rasip also leads corporate social res onsibility projects at Accenture. These include Mercy Malaysia's campaign to bring aid to Palestine and the Red Cross campaign to supply aid to the victims of the Thailand flood. She has also led fundraising drives for HOPE Worldwide Malaysia.

Founded in 2000 and located in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur, the Sentul Free Clinic of HOPE is the organization's first community initiative, and it has served roughly 57,000 people. Opened in 2005, the Penang Free Pediatric Clinic boasts a volunteer staff of 30 with the goal of providing ongoing health care. Lastly, the Penang Free Mobile Clinic brings health care services to isolated communities in Malaysia.
